Which Class is Right for Me?
The two videos below give you an idea of the two types of classes.
Konga is an energetic fusion of boxing, cardio, toning and dance. There are some high impact moves but there are always low impact alternatives to follow if you prefer. The music is a mix of Hip Hop, Dancehall, Afro, Electronic, Old School and Chart Hits
GetLow is a low impact only class designed for older adults, those recovering from injury, pre/post natal or those who prefer a lower intensity class. The music includes hits from all decades, including 70s, 80s, and 90s, alongside newer music

I'm Joanna, your Jungle Body instructor, bringing fun and energetic classes to Geelong. I fell in love with The Jungle Body Classes for many reasons: the music, the atmosphere, the people and the results.
I love taking the Jungle Body Geelong classes because I get to move to great music and get fitter while I'm at it. It feels like a night of dancing without the dreaded hangover. My life is about balance and so are my classes. You can dial the intensity up or down depending on your individual goals but you'll always leave with an endorphin hit. If you want to keep your body subtle or just want to move to great music and get out the house, you can. If you want to increase muscle tone and sculpt your body, you can. If you want to burn calories and increase your endurance and cardio vascular health, you can. Just give the moves all you've got and your body will thank you. No one cares what you're wearing, if you're off beat, if you mess up half the moves or have a pool of sweat at your feet as long as you're having fun.
Most importantly, this is a welcoming, inclusive class with no experience necessary. I'd love for you to join us to dance, shake, squat and get fit together!
