What should I bring?

A bottle of water, a sweat towel and a mat for the toning track and cool down at the end. A yoga mat or similar will be perfect. If you don't have one let me know and I can bring along a spare for your first class.

What is The Jungle Body?

It's a global exercise & movement-to-music company founded in Perth that's created a range of soul-igniting and beat-driven programming for everyone.

How fit do you need to be for these classes?

Classes are suitable for everyone no matter your fitness level. You can adjust the intensity of the moves to suit your needs and achieve the outcomes you want. Occasionally some tracks might include more high intensity moves like burpies but these are always optional and a lower impact option will be given if you want to take it down a notch.

What kind of music can I expect?

A mix of Hip Hop, Dancehall, Afro, Electronic, Old School, Chart Hits and Ragga.

What if I have to miss a week?

While being consistent will give you the best results, our class passes allow you flexibility. You can purchase a single class pass each class or buy a multi pass for discounted pricing. Class passes have a long expiry so if life gets in the way and you have to miss a few classes it won't cost you. See the pricing section for more details.

Can I trial a class?

Definitely - send me an enquiry on the contact page detailing which location and date you would like to attend and you can try your first class for only $5.
