My classes keep you motivated and having fun - whether you're opting for the high or low intensity class you're sure to have a great time.

GetLow

GetLow classes are simple, fun low impact workouts with joint friendly moves and a side of optional weights to maintain muscle mass. Imagine moving to great music and benefiting from an endorphin hit.

Set to music you'll recognise and want to sing along to from the 70's, 80's, 90's and beyond.

Konga/ Tyga

Konga/ Tyga classes are easy to follow and high intensity. They fuse together boxing, cardio dance and toning for a total body workout. Imagine a calorie burning clubbing session without sacrificing sleep or sanity.

Set to music from a range of genres including R&B, old school, electronic, hip hop and afro.
